Strength – Front Squat 5 x 3

Met Con – “Death by Thruster”
EMOM ascending reps of Thrusters 115/75
Minute 1 – 1 Thruster
Minute 2 – 2 Thrusters
Minute 3 – 3 Thrusters…
The workout keeps going until you are no longer able to completer the number of reps within the 60 seconds. Score is total reps.
