This weekend was awesome! I took part in Summer Strength Challenge at Level 10 Crossfit and had a blast. I’ll make sure to get some pictures up on the website soon! In the meantime…

WOD

Strength – 3 x Max Effort Handstand Pushups (strict + kip)

Met Con – 10 min AMRAP
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Core – 50 Situps
