I hope everyone got out and did some awesome shit this weekend! What good is all this fitness if you’re not gonna use it?!

WOD

Strength – Pullups 4 x 4 with heaviest weight possible. (These will be strict pullups)

Met Con – 10-8-6-4-2 Reps for time
Pullups
Kettle bell Swings 53/35
Burpees

Core – Hold plank position for a total of 3 min
