Thursday’s WOD is being posted early today so I don’t have to post it from the plane.

WOD

Skill – Double Unders
Work for 10 minutes on getting your form correct on these jumps. Work through the progressions (singles, 3 singles 1 double, 1 single 1 double, etc.)

Met Con –
50 Double Unders
25 V-ups
40 Double Unders
20 V-ups
30 Double Unders
15 V-ups
20 Double Unders
10 V-ups
10 Double Unders
5 V-ups

Also, if you are substituting single unders for double unders, the ratio is 2:1.
If you are unable to do V-ups, substitute situps with your feet anchored.
